Everyone deserves, and should rightfully expect, world-class services from Ramada. Your feedback from your stay at the Ramada by Wyndham in Butte MT regarding your opinions of our staff being good citizens, helps us to understand the kind of services our valuable guests appreciate as well as areas in need of improvement. I can also assure you that there were no shady characters on this property and upon investigating the events you say took place we really have to say our staff did our best to help you while you set the mood for the other guests in line to apologize to our staff on your behalf. All of us at the Ramada don't judge people on their appearances, that's not our our place to do so but we treat everyone equally and we again, apologize for the fact that you had to wait at our desk while we assisted others. We find that our stay over guests are just as important as the ones coming in. We apologize that during your stay our staff and manager were at the time helping other guests and weren't able to immediately assist you. We strive to provide services that guests find timely and helpful. We value the opinions of our guests and evaluate each message, suggestion, and comment to find out how we can better improve our service to you. Thank you for choosing our Ramada for your recent visit to Butte, MT. The staff is absolutely horrendous and I would never recommend this place to ANYONE We then realized someone was in our room during the day even though we had a do not disturb sign on the door. After this we decided to take the loss and move to a different hotel. She insisted she was the highest manager and we couldn’t file a complaint to anyone but her. She was rude, mean and disgusting in front of our kids. Literally 45 minutes later she finally came around the corner after hanging out with a shady character and tried to gaslight us and say all (probably 10 at the time) of us didn’t see her walk by earlier. More guests started to show up needing help as well and nobody answered the phones, we searched the hallways and found nobody and even called the hotel 20 times. A lady who we thought was front desk came inside after hanging out with what appeared to be a less than good citizen and walked right by us without helping even though she knew we were waiting for another 10 minutes. We gave up and left for the day and came back that evening and nobody was at the front desk. The next morning 8am our keys didn't work and we had to wait for 10 minutes for new keys to be made which was already odd for front desk staff to not be there at that time in the morning but no harm done. We arrived and had a great employee greet us but were immediately confused when our door was wide open at 11pm check in. ![]()
